Well-organised room with really big bed, excellent location. Spectacular view of river. The continental breakfast was delicious and I liked it. An easy walk to the clean beach. Had a pleasant overnight time.

So ideal location, great bed and, of course, marvellous staff. Normal double units with an absolutely superb view over cathedral.

The rooms were immaculate and their breakfast was savoury. Even though there was no water pressure and I had to get used to it, the stay was decent overall. Downstairs bar was casual. Set a short walk to bars and restaurants, it was a plus. Besides, the hotel was not very far from the mailbox...

The reception was friendly and neat.

Cool location, really polite staff, beds were soft. The room was great and nice new, the bathroom was large. The service at this good family hotel was impeccable. There was an astonishing restaurant, a mall and the markets next door;))

Wanted to explore Birmingham and this hotel was handy base for doing it. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. It was good to have a fully equipped kitchen along with a microwave, an electric kettle and a washing machine...

comfy beds in the rooms. it's worth staying here and exploring birmingham shopping district. we were happy with our apartment with a private balcony.

The street, it was noisy.

topokki is within short walking distance to the hotel. close to the airport, 20 min drive. we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book here again. decent place for a vacation in birmingham.

All the personnel was excellant. Train station Birmingham Moor Street was less than 5 minutes walk away. It took us 15 minutes to reach national sea life centre on foot;))
